dirty sofa noisy door
The zoo and pool were accessible. The kids pool was enjoyable.
I did not like our room. The sofa and floor were old and dirty. It was very crowded and noisy in front of our room because of a private staff door to the zoo. This made it hard to relax.

free access helpful staff coffee machine
i stayed in a giraffe arena chalet it was adjacent to the giraffe enclosure i saw giraffes from my window the hotel provided free access to the zoo this was a nice perk i enjoyed feeding the animals. the staff was helpful with directions i found the valet parking convenient the room had a coffee machine i could use.
the gym equipment was a bit old.

adequate stay near zoo
coffee machine room upgrade faulty flush shower damage
the room had a coffee machine it was a welcome bonus. extra water was provided too. i also got a free room upgrade when i arrived at the hotel.
the washroom flush was not working properly . the shower also had some damages. water was not draining well from the wash basins in the bathroom.

clean design unique style friendly staff
the room was very clean and beautifully designed. it offered a unique style of accommodation. a lovely on-site zoo. the atmosphere was relaxing. the staff was friendly, really.
the wifi was somewhat poor.
